1. 適用範囲
本プライバシーポリシーは、Apple App StoreおよびGoogle Playで提供する Note M+のiOS版およびAndroid版（以下「本アプリ」）に適用されます。
2. 取得・保存・外部送信される情報
(1) ユーザーが作成したノート等
本アプリで作成したノート、数式、挿入画像およびアプリ設定は、原則としてユーザーの端末内に保存されます。 当方は、これらを当方のサーバーへ収集しません。 ユーザーがOSのバックアップ機能や共有機能を利用した場合は、ユーザーが選択したサービスまたは共有先の取扱いが適用されます。
(2) 広告配信（AdMob）に伴う情報
本アプリは、iOS版およびAndroid版で広告を配信するため、 Google Mobile Ads SDK（AdMob）を利用します。 Googleは、端末の設定、地域、同意状況および広告機能の利用状況に応じて、次の情報を自動的に取得し、 Googleまたは広告配信に関与する事業者と共有する場合があります。
- 端末・アプリ情報（端末の種類、OS、言語、アプリのバージョン等）
- IPアドレスおよびIPアドレス等から推定されるおおよその位置情報
- 広告やアプリとの操作情報（アプリの起動、広告の表示、タップ、動画の視聴等）
- 診断情報（アプリやSDKの動作、起動時間、停止、エラー等に関する情報）
- iOSの広告識別子（IDFA。ATTによる許可がある場合）
- Android Advertising ID（AAID／広告ID）、App Set IDその他の端末・アカウント関連識別子
Android Advertising IDは、Google Play開発者サービスが提供する、ユーザーがリセットまたは削除できる広告用識別子です。 広告のパーソナライズ、効果測定、不正行為の防止等に利用される場合があります。 同意しない場合や端末設定等により識別子が利用できない場合でも、パーソナライズされていない広告または制限付き広告が表示されることがあります。
(3) お問い合わせに伴う情報
ユーザーがメールでお問い合わせを行う場合、当方は次の情報を取得します。
- 送信元メールアドレス
- お問い合わせ内容（本文およびユーザーが添付したファイル）
3. 利用目的
- 広告の配信、広告のパーソナライズおよび広告効果の測定
- 不正行為の防止、セキュリティの確保
- 本アプリおよび広告SDKの動作確認、品質改善、不具合の解析
- お問い合わせへの対応および対応履歴の管理
4. 広告に関する同意とユーザーの選択肢
(1) UMPによる同意の確認・変更・撤回（Android）
Android版では、Google User Messaging Platform（UMP）を利用して、対象となる地域のユーザーに広告利用に関する選択肢を提示します。 同意内容の再確認または変更が必要な場合は、本アプリの 「設定」→「プライバシー設定」から、同意を変更または撤回できます。 この項目は、地域や同意状況等によりUMPが表示を必要と判断した場合に表示されます。
同意を撤回した後は、その選択が以後の広告リクエストに反映されます。 撤回前に適法に処理された情報が直ちに削除されるとは限りません。
(2) Android Advertising ID
Android端末の設定から広告IDのリセット・削除や広告のプライバシー設定の変更ができます。 一般的には、端末の「設定」→「プライバシー」→「広告」、または 「設定」→「Google」→「すべてのサービス」→「広告」から操作できます。 メニュー名や手順はAndroidのバージョンおよび端末メーカーにより異なる場合があります。
(3) App Tracking Transparency（iOS）
iOS版では、AppleのApp Tracking Transparency（ATT）に基づき、必要な場合にトラッキングの許可を求めます。 許可した場合、IDFAを利用した広告のパーソナライズや効果測定が行われる場合があります。 許可しない場合、IDFAを利用したトラッキングは行われませんが、パーソナライズされていない広告等が表示される場合があります。 ATTの許可はiOSの「設定」からいつでも変更できます。
5. 第三者への送信・共有
本アプリは、広告配信、測定、分析および不正行為防止のため、上記の広告関連情報をGoogleへ送信し、 Googleが広告配信に関与する事業者と共有する場合があります。 Googleによる情報の取扱いについては、以下をご確認ください。
当方は、法令に基づく場合を除き、お問い合わせにより取得した情報をユーザーの同意なく第三者へ提供しません。
6. 保存期間
端末内のノート等は、ユーザーが削除するか、本アプリのデータを削除するまで端末内に保存されます。 お問い合わせメールは、対応および対応履歴の管理に必要な期間保存し、その後、合理的な期間内に削除します。 法令上の義務、紛争対応または不正利用防止のため、必要な情報を一定期間保存する場合があります。 Google等の第三者が取得する情報の保存期間は、各事業者のポリシーに従います。
7. データの削除および請求方法
- ノート等の端末内データ：本アプリ内で個別に削除できます。本アプリをアンインストールするか、OSの機能で本アプリのデータを消去すると、端末内のアプリデータを削除できます。端末やクラウドのバックアップに残るデータは、各バックアップサービスの設定から管理してください。
- お問い合わせ情報：削除、開示、訂正等を希望する場合は、下記メールアドレスへご連絡ください。本人確認や対象情報の特定に必要な情報をお願いする場合があります。法令上の保存義務等がある場合を除き、合理的な期間内に対応します。
- 広告関連情報：本アプリの「プライバシー設定」、Androidの広告設定、iOSのトラッキング設定、またはGoogleのプライバシー管理機能をご利用ください。Googleが管理する情報の削除等はGoogleのポリシーおよび手続に従います。
本アプリはユーザーアカウントを作成せず、ノート等を当方のサーバーに保存しないため、当方が遠隔で端末内のノート等を削除することはできません。

1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the iOS and Android versions of Note M+ (the “App”) distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play.
2. Information Collected, Stored, or Transmitted
(1) Notes and other user-created content
Notes, mathematical expressions, inserted images, and App settings are generally stored locally on your device. We do not collect this content on our servers. If you use an operating-system backup feature or a sharing feature, the practices of the service or recipient you select apply.
(2) Advertising information (AdMob)
The iOS and Android versions of the App use the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to display ads. Depending on your device settings, region, consent choices, and use of advertising features, Google may automatically collect the following information and share it with Google or parties involved in ad delivery:
- Device and App information, such as device type, operating system, language, and App version
- IP address and approximate location inferred from the IP address or similar information
- Interactions with ads and the App, such as App launches, ad impressions, taps, and video views
- Diagnostic information about the performance of the App and SDK, including launch time, hangs, and errors
- The iOS Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA), when permission has been granted through ATT
- The Android Advertising ID (AAID), App Set ID, and other device- or account-related identifiers
The Android Advertising ID is a user-resettable and user-deletable identifier for advertising provided by Google Play services. It may be used for ad personalization, measurement, and fraud prevention. If you do not consent or an identifier is unavailable because of device settings, non-personalized or limited ads may still be displayed.

3. How We Use Information
- To deliver and personalize ads and measure ad performance

- To monitor operation, improve quality, and troubleshoot the App and advertising SDK

4. Advertising Consent and Your Choices
(1) Reviewing, changing, or withdrawing consent through UMP (Android)
The Android version uses Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to present advertising choices to users in applicable regions. When you need to review or change your consent choices, open Settings → Privacy Settings in the App to change or withdraw your consent. This menu item is displayed when UMP determines that a privacy options entry point is required based on factors such as your region and consent status.
A withdrawal is applied to subsequent ad requests after you make the change. It does not necessarily delete information lawfully processed before the withdrawal.
(2) Android Advertising ID
You can reset or delete the advertising ID and change ad privacy preferences in Android settings. These controls are generally available under Settings → Privacy → Ads, or Settings → Google → All services → Ads. Menu names and steps may vary by Android version and device manufacturer.
(3) App Tracking Transparency (iOS)
When required, the iOS version asks for tracking permission under Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. If you allow tracking, IDFA-based ad personalization and measurement may be used. If you do not allow tracking, the App will not track using IDFA, although non-personalized ads or similar ads may still be displayed. You can change ATT permission at any time in iOS Settings.
5. Third-party Transmission and Sharing
The App transmits the advertising information described above to Google for ad delivery, measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention. Google may share that information with parties involved in ad delivery. For details about Google's data practices, see:
Except where required by law, we do not disclose information received through support inquiries to third parties without your consent.
6. Data Retention
Notes and other local content remain on your device until you delete them or erase the App's data. We retain support emails for as long as reasonably necessary to respond and maintain support records, and then delete them within a reasonable period. We may retain necessary information where required by law, to resolve disputes, or to prevent misuse. Information collected by Google or another third party is retained according to that party's policies.
7. Data Deletion and Requests
- Local notes and App data: You can delete individual notes within the App. You can delete local App data by uninstalling the App or using your operating system's option to erase the App's data. Manage any data remaining in a device or cloud backup through the applicable backup service.
- Support information: To request deletion, access, or correction, contact us at the email address below. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity or identify the relevant records. We will respond within a reasonable period unless retention is required by law.
- Advertising information: Use Privacy Settings in the App, Android ad settings, iOS tracking settings, or Google's privacy controls. Requests concerning information controlled by Google are handled under Google's policies and procedures.
The App does not create user accounts or store your notes on our servers, so we cannot remotely delete notes or other content stored on your device.
